WHEN THE JOURNEY MAKES YOU LOOK FOOLISH

Nobody prepares you for this part of entrepreneurship.

People celebrate the success stories, but they rarely talk about the season where you look like you don't know what you are doing.

The season where people ask questions.

"You left your job for this?"

"Is this really what you are doing now?"

"After all your education and experience, this is where you ended up?"

The season where some people laugh, some doubt you, and some quietly believe you made the wrong decision.

I have experienced moments where I felt misunderstood. Moments where my choices looked foolish to others. Moments where even I had to remind myself why I started.

Starting a business has humbled me.

Entrepreneurship has taught me that growth often looks messy before it looks beautiful. The process of building something from nothing can make you appear confused, inexperienced, or even unsuccessful.

But the truth is this:

Every successful entrepreneur was once a beginner.

Every great brand started small.

Every expert was once learning.

The world often sees the results, but rarely sees the sacrifices, mistakes, sleepless nights, lessons, and rebuilding that happen behind the scenes.

Yes, I may look like I don't have everything figured out.

Yes, I am still learning.

Yes, there are days when the journey feels uncomfortable.

But I would rather be a person courageously building than someone who only criticizes those who are trying.

My journey with TRB Moi-Moi, The Rebuilders, and Rebuilders Digital Hub is teaching me patience, humility, resilience, and the importance of trusting the process.

So if you are currently in a season where people don't understand your vision, remember:

A seed buried in the ground can look like it has been forgotten, but something is happening beneath the surface.

Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep building.

One day, the same journey people questioned may become the story they celebrate.

This is Chapter Two of my entrepreneurial journey.
